Backorders
Backorders will be shipped without notification if within 60 days of original order ship date unless a cancellation date is specified by the customer. Michel Design Works reserves the right to cancel all backorders under $50.
Payment Terms
- First time customers: Credit card payment is required on opening orders - Visa, MC, AMEX.
- Net 30 FOB Billerica, MA.
- All credit approval is at the sole discretion of Michel Design Works.
- Late payments may cause delayed shipment of future orders.
- Collection costs and attorney fees will be at customers’ expense.
Minimums
- $200.00 minimum opening order.
- $100.00 minimum reorder.
All items must be ordered according to the minimum quantities specified in the catalog Items that are specified as sets cannot be ordered separately.
Returns/Claims
- Please keep ALL original packing materials, including the outer shipping carton.
- Claims must be made WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT of merchandise. No exceptions.
- Claims may be faxed or mailed to Michel Design Works (not your sales rep.).
- Order number and date must be specified. Claims may also be reported by
- Phone to Michel Design Works Customer Service.

Michel Design Works is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, trade, rent or give away this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
